The Keefauver Story

Filed under: Family News — dougkeefauver @ 12:42 pm

The Keefauver Story: A History of the Keefauver Families is now available at www.thekeefauverstory.com. The price is *$16.00; during June 2009 only, shipping and handling are free.

The book includes family history dating back to the early 14th century with pictures of supporting documents. You will find information and documentation about how and when the Keefauvers first arrived in the Colonies during the early 17th century and how they migrated across the entire continent by the 1850s.

There is a chapter dedicated to those family members who have served in the military beginning with the Revolutionary War and continuing through the War of 1812, Civil War, WWI, WWII, Koran War, Vietnam War, and peacetime as well as Desert Storm, Iraq and Afghanistan.

There is a surprising chapter on famous people related to the Keefauvers. Also included is a genealogy that includes more then 3000 names dating back from 1650 to 2009.

The book will answer questions such as how Keefauver is related to Kefauver and Kefover as well Keefhauver and Kiefhaber. We spent many years gathering information and slowly piecing together this short but informative book.

*For each book sold through our web site, $1.00 will be donated to the Keefauver Cemetery project.

Thank you all for your consideration.
